- What materials do you use?
- The F Series uses 304 stainless steel cabinets, sink and countertop, with an SS304 or galvanised-steel outer shell. Confirm materials for each configuration with your quotation. Aluminium series offer powder-coated or anodised finishes.
- Can I customise the size?
- Yes. Final dimensions and appliance openings are confirmed against the project requirements.
- What is the minimum order?
- Individual units for residential projects are welcome. Commercial and distributor enquiries typically start at three or more units for better pricing.
- How long does shipping take?
- Sea freight to Europe is approximately 28–35 days from China. Air freight is 5–7 days. We can ship to most countries.
- What is the warranty?
- We provide a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please contact us for commercial project warranty terms.
